Well that was surprising! Torrential rain and a dog throwing up didn't put me off. Waterproofs on and off I went! I absolutely loved it!!!!! Nice and steady and it all went so quick I wanted to do it again! 3 minutes didn't seem long enough!

Well done :) The rain actually helps cool, doesn't it? Sounds like you're doing all the right things.

I would write more, but need to get my shorts on and get out there myself!!
