well made the decision to continue with every other day and did w3r1 last night and all went ok

3 min run seems like forever waiting for the ding to start walking

so down loaded Gymboss app which was easy to use put in the information and then had a large screen countdown of where i was time wise

not sure if this a good thing knowing how long i have left to run but at the moment it seems better than the long wait

I remember it well.. please let the walk start soon :) It may help you to know.. you will sort it to suit yourself anyway :)

You are doing fine.. I run usually, Tuesday, Friday and Sundays...Sunday being my favourite run day! :)

Onward and upward!

When I did the 1 or 3 minute runs time seemed to stretch on forever. The first 5 minute runs I did too but, when I did the week that is 3 x 5 minute runs (think its W4 but dont quote me on that) I was really surprised at how quickly the time went! Its weird!!

I remember it well. I used to count the seconds down in my head and get really angry when I reached zero and still hadn't been told it was time to walk.

As you move through the weeks you won't do it as much, though I am still always relieved when I know there is only a minute left!

But a couple of weeks ago 1 min seemed like forever. Mixed feelings about having the countdown, I know I would look at every other second and find that quite negative. Good luck
