Week2 Run2

Well after a full on day on my feet at work, got home, got changed and went for my run. I knew if I sat down I would never get up again. I felt like that was the hardest session I have done so far, but at least I did it!!!! Kept going, slow and steady

I just felt that I was going backwards, so a little bit disheartened. But I could not have done any more, I felt so tired. Still, ever the optimist, at least I did not cry off or make an excuse not to do it.....Just have to stay positive :)

Good on you for getting out there, a determined spirit! Gremlins would have us all on our backsides in a flash so well done for doing it when you perhaps didn't feel like it. It's all part of getting to the end, when you will be super chuffed with yourself :)

The easiest option tonight when I got in from work would have been to say 'I will do it tomorrow'. To be honest I am no more tired than I would have been if I had of taken my shoes off and put my feet up on the sofa with a cup of tea.

Exactly and with time you will begin to feel more energised. You should be proud of yourself for getting it done :)
