Get in 👊 whoo hoo 🏃‍♀️ done it and still smiling.

It's really sunny and warm here today, which is not my favourite so I was a bit concerned about how I'd go on. Made sure I'd drunk plenty before and had a bottle ready for when I'd done, made an extra effort to be slow and steady. Seemed so much easier than Run1 on Monday.

Well done. I have the same run to do tonight when I get home. As you say, slow and steady will be the key I think..

I did it! I kept my pace down which helped with my breathing.

I suffered with terrible aches in my shins afterwards for several hours. They seem to be ok today though.
