I have some compression tights, and I love running in them. The other day a chap at the gym said to me "you look good in them", he's my new bff ... 😲😂😂😂

Just got back from W3R2 repeated. Glad I'm doing it again. Saw my chiropractor / CST today and it appears my hips were askew. Figures why I was struggling. Felt a lot easier tonight.

Haha, no, I'm in the UK. I did consider which term to use but opted for the manufacturer's description of said offending items 😂 In hindsight that probably wasn't wisest choice 🙈😂

I've just bought a new pair of purple running pants from Tesco's, they have a slight sheen on them and my legs look like a couple of lumpy over stuffed sausages. Needless to say they are going back!

There's no escape is there..?? They all seem to be so unforgiving. These damn things were also too low on the waist - I had an extra belly roll hanging over the front and 2 extra love handles hanging over the back 🙈 The rest can only be left to the imagination 😳 I've often toyed with the idea of jogging in my jarmies 😂

I ordered a pair of compression tights today (looked for a compression body suit but had no luck) 🙈 Trouble is they're all low waisted ..... WTF is that all about..?? Fine if you're an ironing board (whereas I'm the bag of ironing) 🙄
