My running inspiration

My dad was not my original inspiration for running but during his recent illness I have heard so many stories of his running ability that I just wanted to share one particular photo with you - hopefully it will post ok as it is quite old. The older gentleman on the left is my grandfather - the man on the right is my dad. This was taken about a mile from where my granddad lived. Just to be clear - this is not a training run - this is actually a race, however the other competitors are so far behind him that you can't see them! My favourite photo!
