Hi you lovely runners,
Happily completed run 2 of week 5 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Running for 8 mins did not feel too bad a step up from 5 mins, and my breathing was good. I had to really focus, and I would never class any run as "easy" but this was totally do-able. I love this running lark.
Looking forward to run 3 and 20 mins of continuous running. I refuse to be daunted. Negative, worrying thoughts about whether I can or cannot do this will get me nowhere, so bugger that. Won't know until I try. π And I am going to approach this from the perspective of "I can".
