Hi, just joined 2 mins ago after finishing my second run of week 5. Every time I go out I think I’m not going to be able to do it and totally suprise myself! Found 8 mins tough but not too bad. Like many others I’m dreading the 20 mins. Didn't realise what a mental game this running lark is! May go for a podcast instead of music for the 20mins and instead of running circuits around my local park, might just see where the road takes me. I find it harder when I already know how far I’ve got to go to finish, does that make sense?

It does make sense, well done for coming this far, you can do this. 😁
The 30 mins will take care of itself...we were all terrified of it and then pleasantly surprised that we managed it!! Just keep going 😜
20 mins don’t stress!!! 😊🤣🤣
Well done.
At this stage anything that distracts you from thinking about time and your body is worth exploring.
I would not do circuits either.......much better to cover some ground.
Nice and slow and a positive attitude will win the day.
It makes perfect sense, don't fret about the 20min run, just take them all as they come, if you completed all the runs leading up to your current position, you will complete the 20 mins.
Anyway, where have you been till now ... we missed you ...
Thanks all, enjoying the running, started many times in the past and never got this far, motivated to keep going 👍
GO GO GO! Plan a bit of a route and go for it - you'll be great! I always run and then turn back at the half way bell - I find it a really good motivator. Good luck!
W5 R3 for me on Friday too so I’m with you all the way!! Good luck 🍀
Best of luck you can do it you are amazing to get to this point. If you remember those 60 second runs and now think what you have achieved. Slow and steady and let us know when you have done your run so we can applaud you 👏
