Soooo.....

I've only gone and done it! 25 mins without one break, in pouring rain then torrential hail. with no jacket!! Only worry is I have been very snack-y since then....

Onwards to week 7.......

I'd step away from the snacks though unless they are good uns. Make your own healthy ones and nibble away.

I think you will find your next run somewhat easier, and you might feel like you're batting downhill. Carry on going steady though! Take care at this point as you're on the home strait!
