I had exactly the same problem, and struggled towards the end of run 2 as well.

That knocked my confidence, but also focused my mind and run 3 was much more comfortable.

Keep your focus and confidence, and you will do it.

W6R1 is your longest time to date moving between warm up and cool down, so you are justified in feeling it was hard and in no way should you feel demotivated.

Well done and trust the plan.

You will be fine.

Don't let it get to you. W6r1 is notorious - check out the week 6 posts to the right, or the related topics.

Every now and again a run doesn't go the way you want it to, there are "bad" runs for no apparent reason, not this particular run though - you are allowed to feel bad about this one 😀. When you do get a bad run just chalk it up to experience, it happens, and look forward to the next one.

Mo jo is a timid beast but just needs regular airing. Never fear the next one you know what it's going to be like so you're more prepared..
