I'm re-doing the podcast again just finished W2R1. I'm wondering how many times others have re-done that podcast over and over?

I plan on redoing the program, jogging the walking sections and adding more speed in the run sections but only 2 out of the 3 runs, the other run will become my 'long' run, adding 10% each week to increase endurance.
I normally try to do a run on a Saturday so this one will be the long run and the 2 on weekdays will be the re-runs.
I use week 1 as my interval training, speed run. I run the walking bits at a comfortable pace and go as fast as I can in the running bits. Love it!
I used to do that kind of thing a few years ago, I'd walk slowly and then sprint for a minute. I'm told for a fat guy I pick up speed quickly the problem was holding it.
Good for weight loss though.
Yep. I redo them after injury. And I love using the early ones when I want some fast intervals. I have also used them back-to-back to increase distance when I want some of Laura's support.
Agree the early ones is great to get back into running and Laura is very good for me she is the best if you need encouragement and mental strength for some reasons I'm enjoying the musics when I first start the podcast I couldn't stand the musics and fought my way through to reach graduation but now I found it soothing.
