Right...I've come up with something...every now and again the F word is used on here by the newbies, I did it myself back then too...so I've thought of what the word fail can stand for...

F......First

A......attempt

I.......in

L.....learning

We have/are all learning to be runners...when you lace your trainers up for the first time you are a runner, that's what I've been told....we are learning to breath, we are learning about our bodies, learning about all sorts of things that we never knew.

So, if you are about to use the F word to describe your run just think about what you're actually doing....that's not failing, it's learning...

What a great post hun a fab idea, when Isaid that word 2nd week in my son told me 'with that attitude you bound to fail come on Mum your determination is what kept u going bringing a large family up mostly on your own with depression. You can certainly do this' and so here I am about to begin W5!

Yes I think it is helping now. I'm having a proper little smile to myself in the street when I get to the end of each week and today was more of a grin and a punch the air thing hahaa. 😄
