So with W6R3 looming- and looming is the right word - what should you do if you just can’t manage 25 minutes non-stop running? Keep repeating that lesson till you do, or backtrack to the beginning of the week, or the previous lesson, in order to take another “run up”?

Believe me you will manage to run for 25mins the program has prepared you for this , the only doubts are in your head, just keep telling yourself you can do this and you will

Positive thinking is Key

Onwards you will go

Just let your body know what it is already capable of doing. You didnt think you could do 20 minutes but you did. I know it sounds daft but at this stage it actually gets easier as you get the chance to get through the initial 10 minutes then just get into your rhythm.

Just keep it nice and slow and steady. It is 25 minutes if you are sprinting or 25 minutes if you are lightly jogging. Get 10 songs you really like and have them playing. As you sing along to them you wont even notice the time. You'll be fine.

Well, I’m going to have a rest day tomorrow, do the run Sunday, and hope to give a positive report! Thanks GB and Jen for support.

As stated in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... if you do not complete a run, just repeat that one.

You will be fine.
