No such thing as Fail....

Excuse me for popping back here but I just wanted to share this with you..a year on things are so different now...this run, by far, was my worst...I was dreading it...and by the looks of it I went home cross...and after this, when I eventually graduated FAIL had a new meaning to me:-

F-first

A-attempt

I- in

L - learning

Remember we’re learning...all of us...don’t be disheartened if you have a bad run, just bag the stamina & the kms...you will get there...I promise x

Ooh that's a new meaning for FAIL, Bev, marvellous and its made me think about my worse run last Saturday evening, it was atrocious, but at least I gathered the distance and kept myself active.

Well done lovely lady for the positivity to us all here 👍😊😘 xxx

Well done Beth...bad run/good run is still a run & adds up to something amazing x

I love your definition of FAIL :)

I'm back to square one waiting for blisters after friends' wedding party to heal and start all over again. So your definition is very inspiring. Thank you!

Most of them are dancing blisters :)

What a brilliant way of thinking about it and I like the thought of a bad run being more of a practice and strength exercise.

I can see how cross I was with myself...I am so hard on myself sometimes, just need reminding that we’re all learning, especially on the C25k programme..W5r3 was such a hard one, I can’t remember how many attempts I had, but every one was building up my stamina, I just needed to remember that! I know there’ll be people on here dreading that run, just like I did 😉
