I have just completed the final run. I've really enjoyed this journey and would love to continue running further. Has anyone got any advice on other apps etc that I could get? Thanks x

Congratulations on completing the program.

There is the bridge to 10k and more podcasts for speed, distance, etc. The world really is your oyster now.

Thanks I will check out the podcasts. I have found some 10K apps but don't really like them very much.

Congratulations on graduating!

You should consolidate your running over the next few weeks before deciding what to do next. Continue to run three times a week and get into the habit. Try park run if there is one nearby, there are also c25k+ podcasts of stepping stones, speed and stamina.

Once you have been doing this for a few weeks you can then decide what to do next - do you want to run further/faster or are you content to run 3x30 a week (and there is nothing wrong with that).

Thanks that's really helpful I was planning to keep doing the last run for a while and will check out the podcasts. At the moment I run through the woods or along country walks but am moving to uni on Saturday so will have to find somewhere new

Huge congratulations... well done. :)

Before moving on too fast.. now is the time for lots of 30 minute consolidation runs...they are essential for continuing the building up of our running muscles... then some shorter routes, then some longer. then maybe start to move and use the C25K+ podcasts.... they are great!

After a few weeks.. you might then think of moving to Bridge to 10K, if you want to take your running to the next level... but not too soon :)

Very well done. Enjoy running at Uni - there's bound to be running groups or other like minded new runners. Have fun for a while, think about where you want your running journey to take you next :) As Oldfloss says, you need to consolidate the running habit 3 times a week for a while to get the habit established and to build your strength, stamina and endurance.

Talking of being an undergrad- don't forget to pick up your C25K Graduation Badge. Oh, and enjoy student life :)
