Final run done and I kept going to the 5K mark, just so I can say that I have gone from couch to 5K - the last 5 minutes weren't pretty!!! Discovered this forum around week 5 - you're all fab' and so supportive. I am a fat woman in my mid-40s... for all those wondering whether they can do this. Let me say, YOU CAN!

Yes I love these “in the sea” maps. Moses would be proud of us! I was on the IOM for a few days last summer- it’s a lovely bay. 😀
