What a week! All of my kids have been off school ill, in various combinations, then I've gone down with a / the virus and spent all weekend back on "the couch" in my pj's! So I've missed 3 consecutive runs π¦
I had just done R1W7. I think I'm unlikely to have the energy to run before the middle of the week, so I'll have missed 5 or 6 runs.
Do you think I should pick it up again doing Week 6 again when I'm ready instead of launching back into W7, having missed so much?

What do you feel....if you feel you want to come back steadily...then do it... after my spell on the IC, I had to accept that getting back to running even a 3K, was going to be hard.. let alone my 10Ks I had missed a lot more runs than you though...
So... take a small, test the water, jogette... and see how you feel? Then make a decision where you would like to make a comeback
Great advice, as always from you, Old Floss! By the way, what does IC stand for? How long were you out of action, and how long did it take you to get to where you had been before? I love your term "jogette"! π
IC is injury couch - where we don't want to be. I'm not as far in as you but had to take a few days off as I'd pulled my back. I was going to repeat run from previous week - but decided to try next week and see how I got on. And it was fine. I'd see how you feel - then decide- there's no rush completing it. Hope it goes wrll
