Ankle still sore so very frustratingly waiting til it's healed before heading out again as I think I exacerbated it last time by running too soon. Will probably have to repeat week 5 when I do go out again.
Never thought I'd ever miss running but I really do!!! It has been so nice to find something that's just for me that gets me out of the house by myself. I'm a stay at home mum to a not quite 2 year old so it's been really nice and I'm missing it! Oh well, it'll teach me not to run on an injury, however slight in future.
