Ankle still sore so very frustratingly waiting til it's healed before heading out again as I think I exacerbated it last time by running too soon. Will probably have to repeat week 5 when I do go out again.
Never thought I'd ever miss running but I really do!!! It has been so nice to find something that's just for me that gets me out of the house by myself. I'm a stay at home mum to a not quite 2 year old so it's been really nice and I'm missing it! Oh well, it'll teach me not to run on an injury, however slight in future.

I’m nursing my second knee... right one spent a week in a brace and left one must have been jealous as it got the exact same problem very soon after. Nothing I wasn’t expecting with my history, but yes it’s frustrating. I’m tail walking at junior parkrun on Sunday so that’ll test it well.
