W5R1 - wow!

This running lark continues to amaze me. It is such an empowering programme, both physically and mentally, as so many people have said on this forum.

The effort of running with shouty legs in W4 have really paid off and I even took my gentle incline in my puffing stride! Whatever next - a proper hill?!😄

Have my first week 5 run on Sunday feeling a bit anxious so it's good to hear that you have completed it.

We all have that mixture of apprehension and anticipation before a new run, but all the hard work you've done will keep you running! Good luck and let us know how it goes.

No need for nerves... whatever you may have read.....it is simply another week...folk may find some week tricky... but there is no need to fear.... be excited, instead.... and you are totally ready for it...Just keep itsteady and slow... and you will do it:)

Your encouragement means a great deal - but I think I'd best stick to my gentle incline, best not get carried away. Enjoy the weekend!
