I actually enjoyed running in the rain this morning even if my legs are telling me otherwise right at this very moment in time.

I know this is the week when things get more difficult and I’m intrigued to see if I can manage run 3 without stopping

Well done, Ive just finished week 5 and if you follow the programme i'm sure you will be fine on the 20 mins. It went quickly and wasn't as bad as I thought X

Nice to know Michele, to be honest in week 1 the idea of running for 5 minutes seemed impossible

Yes i know. The programme really works. Run 2 was great for me, and in run 3 I really enjoyed not stopping for a change and getting a pace. My body ached a bit but breathing was fine. So don't be nervous enjoy! x

I actually love running in the rain!!!i think its because it takes my mind off the pain & the tiredness haha 😂🤣 plus it seems more acceptable to pull horrible "running" faces when its raining 😁 you will be fine on run 3...trust me...if i can do it then anyone can 😆
