Just starting this program

I started my health drive mid february at 19stone 6lb, I dieted and joined a gym and am now 15 stone 10lb and started this couch to 5km program and did my first run with my favorite comedian Sarah Milican to urge me on, I found the program good just ran out of puff on the last run and walked the last 10 seconds of the jogging part, I had planned to do my 2nd today but am suffering with awful earache and didnt sleep at all, also bought a fitbit to motivate me too. its going to be a long journey goal is 12 stone.

Get a Buff to cover your ears! I get ear trouble so wear a Buff round my ears much of the year

I lost quite a bit if weight but time flies. If you are exercising as well then weight loss should be quicker. Be sure to eat healthily and you'll be fine

I've only just started but posts like yours make me realise that I will get to my destination, sooner or later.
