Morning All, just thought I would say hello! I did my first run of week one on Saturday and am off to the gym again this morning to do the second one. I have not really done much excercise in the last ten years, work and life seems to get in the way of putting time aside to excercise. However, i am determined to change, I have 4 stone to lose and I am combining the couch to 5k with a healthy eat plan! I am looking forward to going to the gym today, so that is a good start. Welcome! It's a great decision to follow the programme (it really is magic) and you'll be a runner in no time! Remember to start slow (very slow!) and take you rest days and in a couple of months you'll be amazed at how far you've come.
