YES, made it, felt good. And in my mind I'm thinking almost half way through the 9 weeks, feels like a bit of a milestone. I'm feeling chuffed with myself, I'm very good at giving things up after 1 week. So thank you for all of your support. This is the first forum I've ever joined and it and you are amazing

Yes! 5 mins was challenging, the first was OK, but the second was harder, especially as it was uphill!!

Well done you it's your grit, head and legs that carried you through...
