Last time I wrote on here I'd just started and 90 seconds seemed ALOT! Today I did my first run of W4 a total of 16 minutes jogging including 2 x 5 minute ones. The final 5 was hard and I did think an ambulance may be needed but I did it...amazing! This seems to be working ok for me at the moment after having never run before...hopefully that won't be famous last words...just wanted to say though how good I feel when I've done a session still can't quite believe I'm running well jogging slowly but onwards and onwards 😆
