Well, I completed W1R2, last night, and although I'm a long way from the finish line, I think running is something I could get back into, especially if it helps me get my shape back.
How many of you have lost weight, and how much, we can share here, we are among friends... This program is helping me try to take control of my life and live it how I want, while I can. An overweight, 59 year old, cross dresser, looking forward to being my slim myself again.

Well done you for starting this programme this is a running forum and although not specifically a weight loss programmer, it may help with weight loss, but will certainly get you fitter!
Many of our runners on here are also on the weight loss forum too... they really compliment each other and there are lots of discussions about weigh loss.. maybe take a peek there too
