Didn't record my 2 x 5 mins warm up and cool down walks this time, just to compare with last run's stats.

Nearly bloody killed me. πŸ˜‚

I went out (like a Pillock in retrospect) thinking.. ' I've done 25 mins twice before, one during a 5k parkrun.... THIS'LL BE A DODDLE........ πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

WRONGGGGG

How was it so hard? I got up 2 hours later than normal after a really heavy sleep so that threw me. (I'm under a sleep study program because I never sleep for more than an hour at a time.)

Gaaad. I am doing parkrun no 2 this Saturday. I'm writing my will. Lol πŸ˜‰ I wish I had something worth leaving. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
