Fitted in a run in a busy week - only 22 minutes but that is all I had time for. At least I overcame the "youreallydon'thavetime" goblins that were hiding under my pillow. Work is less restricing next week so I'll have no excuses left. Unless Harvey and Irma turn up. But then I can go to the gym, can't I?
See. No excuses.

Thanks, IT. You are so right and I would always remind others of this so why I forget to remind myself, I'm not sure.
Unfortunately, my local gym doesn't open until 8.30 which doesn't fit my usual schedule. At least we have a local gym that you can do by the session rather than commit to an expensive monthly contract.
Well done no excuses.... and the gym will always be there. Am out Sunday, nag, nag....
Good post - I am gonna be facing these gremlins for the next three months, will definitely be chanting 'a run is a run is a run' and doing some serious time management (which I've never succeeded at before - but then before c25k I've never run before...) 📅⏰🏃
