Done it !!!

Wow feeling delighted ☺ just completed my week 9 run 3 and managed to run 5.07km in 30mins, it was tough going though and I really struggled through the last 10 mins, I may just run 5km 3 times a week from now on but at an easier pace until times improve with fitness, but over the moon for now, thank you Couch to 5k for getting me started, when I think back to how I struggled in that first week I would never believe that I would have achieved this just 9 weeks later !!
