Just completed the race for life in Rotherham , it was a great atmosphere & really enjoyed it , I did it in 32.9 sec .my inner thigh muscles are killing , it def excercise different muscles running on grass , my legs ache like I've only just started with the running lark ! Anyway feeling proud & as high as a kite, excuse the hair lol , had the lot cut off a few wk back , lol

Well Done Rockette! Brilliant time, how did you go on with your lovely pink cotton top?

I think that's a great time, especially on grass. I've only run on grass for 500m at a time so far and find it very hard work too
