R3 completed, up'd the gradient on the treadmill. Suffering from depression and anxiety but you really do feel much better after a run, need to keep at it. A little nervous about the task next week.

Well done, Seanjack.

Stick with it. The positive psychological aspects of running took me by surprise with their power and endurance.

There is no need to be nervous about any aspect of this plan. It is also impossible to fail unless the couch remains as your primary domain. If you don't complete a run, then you have found the level that you need to repeat. Nobody is judging you. You are in control, and that for me was the most powerful part of the plan and it convinced me that I had more control over my life, which is possibly delusional, but also incredibly empowering.

Running has so much to offer us all. Keep running, keep smiling.

Absolutely this running malarkey is not only good for your physical being but your mental health, just follow the programme and you'll be fine and there's plenty of support/help on here

oh yes chap you must keep at it

Don't be nervous. Sounds like you did well today if you upped the gradient. Go for it. The worst that can happen is you don't manage to finish a run and you have to redo it. Even then the run does you good and builds your strength. But it sounds to me like you are ready for week 3.
