WK1 complete & raring to start WK2!

Just completed 4 runs of week 1. I wasn't confident to start week 2 today (so did an extra WK1) but now I can't wait to start WK2 on Tuesday! Everyone's encouragement on here has given me a real boost and I can't wait to have a level of fitness I've always dreamed of. I feel determined and can't wait to have the word 'graduate' by my name!

Well done Clare. In my opinion week 1 is the toughest of the lot (although my opinion may well change when I do weeks 6, 7, 8 & 9 :D )

I am amazed how this programme has taken me from the couch to 20 minutes non stop running. The designer should be given the Nobel prize, although couch manufacturers may disagree.

Good luck and happy running

Thanks and LOL about the couch manufacturers !!

Well done on finishing week one and I applaud your decision to repeat a run rather than risk your confidence. Good luck with your next run and very best wishes.

Well done on completing W1. I was wondering how you were getting on. I've just completed W2 and really enjoyed. I'm starting to feel more like a runner. Good luck with W2 yourself.

hi! well done! I started W2 today, the first 90 secs run seemed longgggg but the followings went okk. I agree with you about repeating some runs, better than continue if we are unsure. good luck and my best wishes.
