If you were really doing 60 minutes, I'm not surprised but I guess it was 60 second. What a nuisance. Give it time. My doctor waid that it would get worse for 3 days and then better over three weeks - she was right - to the day. But do allow it this time because it is the only thing that will cure it.

as sheps said, you need to give it the time to recover, and time on the ic (injury couch) will do it good. I've been on the injury couch a few times, and while it is frustrating it is necessary if you want to continue running without exacerbating an injury. Hope it starts to feel better soon.
