and I am really beginning to enjoy running! amazing :)) the advice from coach Michael Johnson to keep the head level and not bobbing up and down has made a huge difference: until now (for my 48 years on this earth) I have thought that we should bound along springily like gazelles...

Mr Smooth's advice on the bobbing head is really helpful, I'm convinced I bobbed along way too much in the early days...

Good job you, the Week 3 is a lovely foundation week for the longer intervals.
