Squirrels are carnivores 🐿

Completed WK4R2 this morning and really enjoyed it. It was a bit grey and damp but quite warm all of which makes perfect weather for slugs and snails 🐌 Ugh 😑-note to self-look at where you put your feet Kim!! Another thing to remember as well as the breathing, putting one foot in front of the other, singing and just looking cool 😎!!

Anyway back to the title of my post-Squirrels are carnivores!! Yes they really are and how do I know this. Well, dead hedgehog=breakfast for all wildlife and as I turned the corner in my cool down walk there it was in the road with magpies, crows and yes, squirrels!! 4 of them all gathered round the hedgehog as if they were sitting down for a feast!!

Not only have I learnt that I can run, even if it is only for short times at the moment, but that squirrels eat each other 😮🐿😮

All I know about squirrels is they dig up my bulbs and mess with my garden 😡 This year I'm covering them with mesh (the bulbs not the squirrels......... although.........)

That's the circle of life:)!!! Must be a day for wildlife, I came round a corner this morning with my outrunner in front of me to a face a flock of pigeons in our way. Sorry to say they are one down now, I didn't realise my dog could run so far with a pigeon in his mouth. He looked so proud of himself:)!!!

Ha ha!! That's made me giggle. Of course I feel for the pigeon but everyone needs a giggle or two!!

Read your post before I headed out on my run and there was a squirrel running along the telegraph lines alongside me.

He would scamper along, then stop and look at me, then scamper some more.

He was probably thinking that if I collapsed I would feed a lot more than 4 squirrels
