...and a much better run🙂. I have been struggling a bit with my form just recently, in addition to having a niggly hip. Have dropped back from my long runs, had lots of rest days😮 and been doing my strength and flex-type exercises religiously. It seems to be paying off. A beautiful run out on my trails this morning. Lots of woodland to run through, so nice and cool too! Ok, I don't run as well first thing in the morning, but today was a good steady pace and I was hardly aware of my hip at all👍. So much wildlife to see too at this time of the day! Bunnies seemed to line my route (it's nice to have the support!🐰), squirrels running across the path and the beautiful sight of swallows sitting on a telephone wire in the early morning sunshine. Just a lovely morning.😀 Hope everyone else has good runs today, if you're out🙂.

They do seem to be helping. I'm pretty obsessed about them now too!

Lovely wildlife description 😊 We had a huge Barn owl circle a couple of times over us recently, which was spectacular.

I am so pleased that they seem to have settled down and that youre not suffering any pain.

Sounds like a lovely run, I went out at half ten and it was so hot and humid again. Flippin' awful ! :-(
