So today, after some delays (moving house etc) I graduated, when I started this adventure I signed up for the Spitfire 10k thinking that I would have graduated and moved on to further training but real life got in the way and before I knew it today was the day. I was feeling a little apprehensive as my training schedule had been a little on/off, but I did it. No records broken but "I did it ", got my first medal. I am now sat at home a broken man, lol!! πππ π π

I was running for flt lt Rushmer 603 squadron, it was a great day and it was my graduation run! Woke up today with no real problems just the beginnings of a blister on my big toe! Very happy!!
