After my last post saying i had to ditch the app due to problems with new phone and thinking i had just abt graduated ... Well some kind soul reminded me i had to complete 3 30 minute runs. So this week done a 36, 44 (and my first running 5k) and today just a 30 min run which was very hard. But i have done it!!! Cant wait to keep clocking up the miles but wish this poxy weather would lighten up.
The running has helped with my depression, pmt and periods and back ache probs for some reason!!!
Few hiccups on the way - Achilles, broken toe, groin strain but i did it!!!! πππ
