Hi all, I graduated on Friday without any dramas really. Apart from repeating week 1 and 2 a couple of times and a thigh strain on week 5 it's all gone quite smoothly. As a non runner 🏃 with no desire to run I started it as a bit of stress relief and now look forward to my morning run!! Honestly, it's been said before, but if I can do it ANYBODY CAN!! It's HARD, REALLY HARD but just keep going!!
On holiday now down in Weymouth and couldn't resist a HOLIDAY RUN on Sunday! Got a little over excited and went a little quick but I'm quite pleased with my 5k in 28 mins.
Anyway thanks for all the great advice, it's a brilliant forum with lovely people!!
Keep running 🏃 and keep going!!

Quite pleased with 5k in 28 minutes, I'd be over the blinking moon with that time. How fantastic is that and that view too. Well done you.
Well done. Running just for the sheer pleasure of it too. I started this just so I could be fit enough to run 5k. Now I am still ruining 3 times a week when I can, joined park run at the weekend, and looking at getting my PB down and finding local 5k races.
