Well first week complete and I'm certainly feeling very positive :)

Christmas Day was spent eating too much Christmas dinner a lot of cake and wine but who cares? It's Christmas :)

Back to it today tho and completed my third run and I must admit, even tho I didn't majorly struggle with the first two runs, today's was a lot easier! It's nice to know i feel an increase to my stamina already!

I'm nervous but looking forward to week two already. I'm also joining the gym again tomorrow after been out for a year so I'm looking forward to that! I still prefer weight training over cardio lol!

Slow and steady does it.. and at this time, make sure you are well hydrated, even for the shorter runs:) Well done you!
