I FINALLY COMPLETED THE WHOLE PODCAST!!!!

Going to run another week 1 Run on Sunday though to make sure I am ready to move on though.

So proud of myself. Got up this morning and just wanted to stay in bed.

Oh I gave in to the lure of my cosy bed this morning but since it is Saturday and I don't have to work today, I can still go out later. The mornings are the nicest time to run though in my opinion. The air is fresher and it is not so busy. Well done completing w1. It surprised me just how hard it can be to run for a minute. I thought I was half way fit when I started but my bodyreally wasn't prepared to run continuously. Just show us how much we need to train to run. This is an excellent programme. It has made runners out of a lot of people so stick with it!
