Just back from my W4R2 run... and feeling chuffed! Thanks everyone for the advice about hills. To be fair, the 'hills' I'm complaining about are probably more incline like - the type you can drive and not even realise it's an incline. It just makes me feel less wuss like to call them hills!
I did struggle this morning (phew I really did!) but I can see a way forward. Just need to get my gremlin sabotage voices in check - they will not sabotage my progress!

Hey an in line is an incline and it makes it harder if all of a sudden you come across them. Glad you got it done and dusted. Happy running
The only run I have ever bailed out of before planned completion, was a 10k run along the dead level banks of the River Exe........by the time I got to 7k I was bored silly.......hills every time for me.
Gremlins are you.......you're own doubts.......you are a runner, eradicate them!
