Week 4 Run 2 done...

Hi everyone.

After a weekend of long nightshifts, today's run wasn't the most comfortable run I've ever done but I did it all the same. Looking forward to the end of week 4 now on Wednesday.

Every run isn't always the best run but it's a run all the same and more than if you stayed at home on the couch!x

What is it about W4R2?! A few of us have struggled with this one. Hopefully it’s a stepping stone, a turning point, and R3 will be ok 🙏

I also work nights by the way and I don’t think that helps 🤷‍♀️
