Not sure easier is the right word but they certainly become more bearable and enjoyable 😊

I'm due to do WK3R3 tomorrow morning and never thought I'd get this far. I've found that slow and steady wins the race and with Mr Smooth, aka Michael Johnson, telling me that I'm doing really well, I really am enjoying my running. The programme is designed to become harder as you progress through the weeks but your stamina and energy will increase if you follow the regime and you will see the results!!

Like I said I'm doing WK3R3 tomorrow and last time out, I didn't look at the clock once to see how much one I had left to run.

Trust in the programme and all will turn out well in the end!!

Not necessarily.. BUT you get stronger with every single run and as you increase your stamina and core strength on rest days with additional complementary exercise:)

Yes I'm doing additional weight and HIIT sessions too. Trying to workout 4-5 times a week with the runs 👍
