I'm loving it! Just back, not at all difficult and I just love the laconic Samantha. "Good work. Go home and rest now." And that's it! None of this "You're a real runner/a bad run is better than no run at all" stuff. Isn't it us Brits who are meant to be stiff upper lip and all that? Most of all who would have ever thought that this couch potato would be running for almost an hour!

Well done, Delia, sounds like you really enjoyed today's run!
As for the stiff-upper-lip thing, it's still true to a certain extent, though day-time TV and press coverage of major disasters have softened it somewhat. Swings and roundabouts, I suppose: people can empathise a bit more nowadays...

And loving it! Great news, Delia!
So pleased for you, my best run this week was 48 minutes non stop. Using a different B210K though as did not enjoy Samantha one.
Finished week 1 onto week 2 next week and looking forward to it.
The stiff upper lip is an anachronism now. One should burst into tears at every minor setback or accomplishment to be in tune with the times.- and that's just the men... :-| (But at least they are good around the kitchen now).
Looking forward to the change of tone with B210k -.Laura is getting a bit garrulous in the 5k+ podcasts. It's a pity we can't drop in our own favourite voices as you can with satnavs etc (as someone blogged a few weeks ago) - Sofia Helin (Saga Norén from The Bridge) would be just great.
Glad you had a good run, quite infectious this running for longer isn't it?
It is indeed!
