W5R3 complete and still alive (and smiling!)

Well I'd never have thought that id be running for 20minutes and still smiling a few weeks ago! Feeling incredibly chuffed at the achievement tonight! Usually run in the mornings however due to torrential rain this morning went this evening in sunshine and it felt great, maybe evening running is my future?!?! Well on wet days anyway! Actually looking forward to week 6 run 1 on Friday! I'm a little out of sink on days of the week as we had 3 weeks in the Caribbean where I didn't do a lot of running (swimming and long beach walks) then due to jet lag my weeks are now starting on a Friday rather than a Monday but at least I'm still doing it! Didn't think I'd have stuck to it but loving the plan and routine of C25K!

Well done 👍🏻 I know exactly how you feel! I could have written this post myself- minus the part about the Caribbean!! Xx
