C25k again!

Well having completed the c25k programme last year and I was starting to think about the 10k runs and I then fell ill!☹️

I have finally got the go ahead to try again so back to week 1 I go.

2 runs done and I'm struggling more than last time but I'm determined to get my fitness back and lose the weight from not exercising for a year.

I need as much motivation as I can get as everything is aching!

Well done and good luck.

Motivation has to come from you, but the benefits of being physically active are both profound and wide ranging, physical and mental. That alone should spur you on.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Slow right down... know you can do this, as you have don it before...you know what to expect..but do not expect too much.

Just go with the flow and relax into the runs, this time around...! But..keep posting and we will continue to support and encourage you:)
