So it's been 5 months. Yes 5 months already since I last ran. The time has flown by. It's been a rough 5 months as I've been plagued with sinus and chest infections all winter, not forgetting a hurt back.
I have however never forgot about you all and this programme & have been patiently waiting til I can run again.
I had all but 3 runs left when I last ran and so was very disappointed when I had to stop but I'm ready to give it a go again.
All my progress has been lost. That much I know as I can just feel it in myself but I did it before & will do it again. I know this programme works & works in a very short period of time, so I have no problem starting at the beginning again.
I know what to expect this time, have a bag full of tips & advice that was given to me last year & so 2nd time around it should be easier.
Looking forward to posting in the next few days after my return to the local park for 1st run again.

Repeating the plan is great.... I did five weeks of it again after a spell on the IC... no pressure and you know what to expect... Looking forward to our posts again too We missed you
