So yesterday I ran week 2 run 1. This is easy I thought, so I skipped to week 3 run 1 today, think I'll stick to this for a few more runs. However, the weather was much better this morning, nice and cool.

Be careful about skipping runs and especially about skipping rest days. The programme is carefully designed to build up gradually so that your stamina improves along the way as I
'm sure others more experienced than me can explain. The rest days are there to give your muscles time to repair the tiny tears and damaged from the run, so are also an essential part of the programme. That said, if you are starting from a good level of strength and fitness starting further along the programme may suit you better. But please take it slow and steady so that you avoid injury and enjoy the successes.
Happy running 🏃🏽♀️ and resting 🤐😴

My advice is simple...... stick with the programme. That way there is far less risk of overuse injury. You need to build running legs slowly.
