I mean, run 1 is the welcome to the big week. The first 30 minute run. This is it, the start of the finish.
Run 3 is the big one. Arguably, it's the biggest run of the program after run 1 of week 1. This is the one we're all aiming for. This is the graduation run!
Run 2? Well we just kinda step over run 2 to get to run 3. Poor run 2. So I say let's all give a big cheer for run 2. Hip hip....
And so, run 2 of week 9... Done that, move on.
Happy running everybody

I remember run 2 of week 9 like as if it was yesterday, I ran run 2 of week 9 of C25K on Saturday the 16th June 2018 from 1.50pm to 2.20pm locally on what I now call part of the ButtercupKid 5K trail.
The weather that morning had been very wet so I left that run to the afternoon once the rain went off just after 1pm.
During the run I passed two people who told me that I was running too fast and at the very end of the run I was offered a piece of cake by two boys which I did not eat, of course two days later on Monday 18th June I ran my graduation run, run 3 of week 9, 25 miles away from where I live, so I would not dismiss run 2 of week 9 as a run as you say "nobody cares about"
I have also just completed W9R2 and planning my graduation run on Sunday morning with the husband meeting me at the end to celebrate with slap up breakfast in favourite cafe. Do you think they’ll let me in looking red as a lobster, sweating profusely (sorry - perspiring!) but hopefully jubilant as well! 😂😂😇😇🏃🏼♀️ Good luck with your graduation run RunningMigster. Look forward to hearing how you’ll celebrate.
Well done Migs, not only for being 'almost there', but for another amusing & imaginative post! I'm almost getting the impression that you're finding this easy now? Good luck for Run 3 and do make sure to take care of yourself in-between times, luckily in the recent weather you shouldn't get too many flies stuck to your teeth as I imagine you'll have a huge grin on your face when you complete it. I will be logging on to here every day to read your next running report!
